        By placing an order with The Framed Flower, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

        Flower Delivery & Responsibility

        • It is your responsibility to ensure your flowers reach me in the best possible condition.
        • Flowers must be correctly packaged and clearly labelled, following my step-by-step instructions, and sent using Royal Mail Special Delivery (Next Day by 1pm). I cannot accept responsibility for any damage caused by incorrect packaging.
        • It is your responsibility to ensure all delivery details and addresses are correct.
        • Flowers must be sent on the agreed day. If flowers are sent late, I may be unable to preserve them as each bouquet has a specific time slot allocated.

        Condition of Flowers

        • I preserve flowers to the best of my ability, but I cannot be held responsible for poor results caused by flowers arriving in poor condition, including flowers that are aged, damaged, wilted, bruised, rotten, or compromised before arrival.
        • I cannot accept responsibility for damage incurred during transit. If your flowers arrive damaged, I will contact you to discuss the best way forward.

        Preservation Process

        • Once your bouquet arrives, preservation will begin immediately. It is your responsibility to clearly instruct me on your chosen preservation style. Once the preservation process has started, changes cannot be made.
        • During preservation, flowers naturally change as moisture is removed. Colours may soften to a matt, vintage appearance, slight shrinkage may occur, and some colour changes are normal. These are natural characteristics of flower preservation.
        • After preservation, I apply a colour-enhancing treatment to restore vibrancy as closely as possible.

        Third-Party Orders

        • If an order is placed on your behalf by a third party (such as a family member, friend, or wedding coordinator), it is their responsibility to ensure these terms and conditions are read and communicated to the owner of the flowers.

        Payments

        • A £50 deposit is required to secure your booking. This deposit is non-refundable.
        • The remaining balance of your order becomes due once your bespoke frame is ready to be ordered.
        • Flowers preserved by The Framed Flower remain my property until full payment has been received.

        Frames & Artistic Interpretation

        • All frames are glazed with conservation-grade UV protection glass. However, preserved flowers remain perishable, and over time some mellowing of colour may naturally occur. I recommend keeping your frame out of direct sunlight and away from hot or humid environments.
        • As bouquets often need to be scaled to fit within a frame, not every flower may be used in the final design. There will always be a degree of artistic interpretation involved in the creation of your piece.

        Liability

        • I cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to your flowers while in my care due to circumstances beyond my control, including but not limited to fire, flood, storm, loss of electricity, mechanical failure, or civil disorder.
        • The Framed Flower’s liability is strictly limited to the total amount paid by you for your order. No further compensation will be offered in such circumstances.

        Turnaround Time

        • My product turnaround is usually 3 months, I reserve the right to extend my turnaround time when necessary.

        Delivery Issues

        • I cannot take responsibility for minor movement or loose particles that may occur during delivery.
        • If there is any serious damage to your order upon arrival, you must notify me immediately. Please email me with clear photographs of the damage so appropriate action can be taken.
